WHO WE ARE

We partner with schools, districts, and state education agencies to strengthen instructional leadership and ensure every teacher has the support needed to improve teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Our team of former teachers, principals, instructional coaches, district leaders, state leaders, and nonprofit professionals brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the challenges schools face. By building strong, trusting relationships, we collaborate with leaders to develop practical, sustainable solutions that improve instruction and expand opportunities for all students, including students of color, students experiencing poverty, multilingual learners, and students with disabilities.

Working side by side with school and district leaders, we build the knowledge and capacity needed to implement High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) with fidelity, strengthen instructional leadership, and lead meaningful systems change. We help leaders establish a shared vision for effective instruction, monitor HQIM implementation, analyze data, develop improvement plans, conduct content-specific classroom observations, and support teacher planning and instructional internalization. Through job-embedded coaching, evidence-based professional learning, and continuous implementation support, we empower leaders to create rigorous, engaging learning experiences that improve outcomes for every student.
