WHO WE ARE
At Kids First Education, our mission is simple: placing kids first in every aspect of teaching and learning. Founded by career educators Chuck Poer and Cellie Scoggin, who are deeply committed to transforming education, we partner with PreK–12 schools and districts to provide innovative, results-driven solutions for administrators, teachers, and students. With decades of educational experience, our dedicated coaches and specialists deliver personalized instructional coaching, leadership development, and curriculum support designed to improve student outcomes.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based research and guided by meaningful data. We believe every instructional decision should be informed by proven practices, so we continually incorporate current research into our coaching, professional learning, and instructional resources. By using data to identify needs, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement, we help educators make high-impact decisions that strengthen teaching, support leadership, and ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
