WHO WE ARE
Founded in 1997, The Kirkland Group has partnered with schools and districts for nearly 30 years to strengthen teaching, learning, leadership, and student achievement. Our team of experienced educators—including former superintendents, principals, instructional coaches, curriculum specialists, and classroom teachers—works alongside school and district leaders to build leadership capacity, implement effective instructional practices, and create sustainable systems that drive continuous improvement.
We provide comprehensive educational consulting, leadership development, school improvement, and data-driven planning tailored to each district’s needs. By combining decades of educational expertise with collaborative coaching, strategic planning, and accountability for results, we help schools implement practical, evidence-based solutions that improve instruction and accelerate measurable student growth.
